Application for allotment of apartments should be made on the prescribed application form duly signed by the applicant along with the earnest money and other necessary documents.
The purchaser will make the payment as per payment schedule. All payment should be made by A/C payee cheque or bank draft or cash in favour of CRESCENT HOLDINGS LTD. Payments from overseas in US dollars are to be calculated at the current official conversion rate of Bangladeshi taka on the day of payment.
Delay in payment
The allottee undertakes the responsibilities to pay delay charge at the rate of 5% per 30 days on the amount of payment delayed beyond the due date. If the payment is delayed by 90 days, the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment without any notice to the allottee. In such a case buyer's deposited amount will be refunded after the saleout of the same apartment to a new buyer. An amount of Tk. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) only will be deducted from the buyer's deposited amount as compensation charge.

Change in Specifications
The company reserves the right to make minor change in both architectural & structural design of the project. Limited change can be made in specifications for overall benefit of the project.
Documentation Cost
The purchaser will pay stamp duties, registration fees, taxes, legal & govt. charges, vat & other miscellaneous expenses likely to be incurred in connection with the registration of deed.
Service & Utility Cost
Connection charges/ fees, security deposits and other incidental charges/ expenses relating to DESA, WASA & TITAS GAS etc. are not included in the price of apartment. The purchaser shall have to make these payments separately.
The possession of each apartment shall be handed over to the purchaser on completion of apartment and after full payment of installments and other charges/dues. Until the dues are not cleared possession of the apartment will be held up by the company.
Owners' Association
The purchaser must undertake the responsibilities to become a member of the owner's association, which will be formed by the owners of the apartments with a view to maintain the general affairs of the complex for common interest.
